Good thinking?
I'm in Greensboro tonight, on my monthly reporting visit, and working at a coffee shop at a window seat. On the other side of the window is a guy sitting at an outside table with an adorable little puppy. The leash he has attached to the puppy is one of those retractables with the plastic handle, and the handle is also adorably puppy sized, probably a third of the size of a normal retractable leash.
Why did they make the handle of the puppy leash smaller? The puppy doesn't hold the leash!

The handle is smaller because they think a tiny asian woman will own the tiny fluffy dog at the end of that leash.
