Watch those consonants

Leslie: "Oh, my mom wants to try vondage. Do you know anything about that?"
Me: "Excuse me?"
Leslie: "You know, vondage. My parents want to try it, can you help them?"

I think if the people at the Internet phone service Vonage had thought through the potentially scarring psychological consequences of their easily mis-spoken/mis-heard name, they would have chosen something safer. Like "Bellatio".
