Hey, I thought it was a buyer's market!

If it's a buyer's market, how did we get aced out of our house? Just because somebody offered more than we did, why should they get to buy it? Does cuteness count for nothing any more?

Meanwhile, it certainly does appear to be a buyer's market here in Greensboro, since we've only had a couple of showings of our house here so far. Fortunately, we're not under the same kind of pressure to sell that many people are, so we'll count our blessings for that.

We're spending the weekend in NYC for a wedding, and to see the sights there since neither of us have ever been. We're just simple country folk, though - hopefully the City won't eat us alive...
